Megawatt is experienced at working with some of the top vendors in the industry (please check our reference page). You can expect that your DJ will be professional, courteous and capable. He will also be dressed appropriate to the event. Our rule of thumb is that the DJ should be able to blend in and look like one of the invited guests.

We understand the difference between playing a public venue (such as a nightclub) and a private event. In other words, we use common sense.

Our tenured staff doesn't need to use props or silly gimmicks or games to get the crowd involved.

We will be responsive and polite in fulfilling requests.

Megawatt DJ's only use professional grade equipment. We will arrive at your event with an industry standard sound system. Our equipment is checked before every show and we adhere to factory preventive maintenance schedules, with all equipment repairs done by manufacturer-approved facilities.

We completed our transition to an all CD format in 1991. We use licensed copies of music. All of our DJ's subscribe to Promo Only, which is a legally licensed DJ music subscription service. One of the advantages of Promo Only is they provide "radio friendly" edits of songs with questionable lyrical content. Music should entertain, not offend.
